**Job Description**
Accounting & Financial Operations



- Perform daily accounting tasks and support month-end and year-end closings
- Manage client fee processing and monitoring
- Handle invoicing, expenses, accruals, interests, cash position monitoring
- Prepare and monitor reconciliations (accounts, positions, transactions)
- Support regulatory reporting requirements
- Assist with VAT calculations and declarations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and Swiss banking standards

Business Intelligence & Systems



- Collaborate with IT on process automation and data-driven initiatives
- Support the bank's ongoing AI and digital transformation projects
- Assist in improving reporting structures and data flows
- Contribute to system testing, validation, and enhancements

**The Successful Applicant**

- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting within the banking sector
- Strong understanding of banking operations and accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with SQL and/or Python
- Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and IT teams
- Fluent in English or French; both is an advantage

Nice-to-Have Skills



- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of APSYS banking system
- Background in a Big 4 accounting or audit firm
- Experience with system migrations or automation projects
