**Role Overview**

We are seeking advanced accounting professionals to help train AI models to interpret, analyze and solve complex accounting problems. In this role, you will guide AI systems by reviewing, evaluating and improving their reasoning and accuracy.

**What You’ll Do**

- Interpret and solve domain-specific accounting tasks to teach advanced reasoning.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for factual accuracy, clarity and relevance.
- Create and answer expert-level questions that strengthen AI understanding.
- Assess and rank AI responses based on technical rigor and correctness.

**Required Qualifications**

- Master’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field, or current enrollment in such a program, or an active CPA.
- Strong English reading and writing skills with minimal errors.
- Prior AI training experience is helpful but not required.

**Compensation**

Expert pay rates typically range from 30 to 50 USD per hour, depending on geographic location.

High-performing contributors may be invited to participate in higher-paying research projects.
