**About Our Client**
For an Italian company, worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of high-end partitions and glass walls for offices, we are looking for a
**Commercial Agent (DACH region)**
.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Business development in German-speaking Switzerland and Southern Germany, targeting architectural firms and construction companies;
- Managing sales visits, site surveys at construction sites, and commercial negotiations, with the support of a highly structured back office;
- Maintaining and fostering long-term relationships with acquired clients for future projects.
**Job Requirements**
**Key Skills**
:
- Previous experience as a multi-firm agent in office design furniture or complementary products;
- Consolidated client portfolio and contacts with architectural firms specializing in office projects;
- Native German language proficiency and good knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
- Ability to read CAD drawings;
- Availability to visit clients and construction sites in the territory.
**Complementary Skills**
- Knowledge of office design and the architectural sector;
- Strong determination to achieve targets and ability to develop new business;
- Knowledge of Italian,Spanish, or French would be considered a plus.
