🎯 Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize computer vision, image processing, and AI-powered solutions for business applications.

Design, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models for image and video analysis.

Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to support business growth.

Monitor advancements in AI, computer vision, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and technology assessments to identify innovation opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and improve operational processes.

Support innovation programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives across the organization.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, innovation insights, and project documentation.

Assist in managing innovation pipelines, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technology evaluation projects.

Stay updated on best practices in artificial intelligence, computer vision, innovation management, and emerging technologies.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Innovation Management, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with computer vision frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or YOLO.

Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, image processing, and data analysis techniques.

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in innovation management, market research, technology scouting, or business analysis is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Strong curiosity, creativity, and passion for continuous learning.

Previous experience in computer vision, AI engineering, innovation strategy, research, or related fields is preferred.
