**Your responsibilities:**
- Support the Country Safety Manager and Country Security Manager
- Act as super user for the main Global Security & Safety tools (SCMS, iCare)
- Ensure data completion, analysis and reporting for Safety topics, enabling corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct internal Security & Safety audits and monitor global compliance tools
- Analyze hazards, near misses and accidents to define clear actions and strategies to minimize occurrences
- Provide technical support to Operations and other departments regarding iCare usage
- Deputy responsibilities for the Safety and Security Managers
- Contribute to ISO 45001 project activities
Your profile:
- Knowledge and understanding of Swiss and EU Safety rules and regulations
- Experience in Operations and/or Safety is desirable
- Technical, Commercial or Logistics education
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and technical skills
- Good user knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and German (French optional)
