**Customer & Consumer Service Representative – After Sales (m/f/d)**
to support the team.
**What you'll do**
As a member of our Customer & Consumer Service team, you will play a key role in the After Sales department. You will be the first point of contact for our customers in Switzerland and our European markets, ensuring professional, friendly and solution-oriented support:
- Order Entry in SAP
- Supporting our end customers in all product and service matters via email and telephone
- Independent processing and assessment of complaints and warranty claims, including decisions on repair, replacement or exchange
- Ordering and managing spare parts, coordination with the warehouse
- Analyzing customer feedback and contributing to the optimization of our service processes and standards
- Collaborating with internal departments such as Product Management and Marketing
- Using and further developing our modern ticket system (Zendesk)
**What you'll bring**
- Completed commercial or equivalent vocational training
- Experience in customer service, ideally in after-sales or complaint management
- Technical understanding and manual skills are a plus
- Excellent language skills in French, Italian and German. English is a plus
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and solution-oriented work
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong service and team orientation
- Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, MS Office; experience with Zendesk is a plus
