Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaking)

Santos, Lisbon – Portugal

**Schedule:**
Rotative shifts, Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00

**Job Description:**
We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team in Santos (Lisbon). The role involves providing customer support.

**Requirements:**

- Dutch (fluent/native level)
- English at least B2 level
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work rotating shifts

**Salary & Benefits:**

- Base salary: €1,400 gross (no experience required)
- Possible signing bonus up to €2,500 (gross)
- Full-time contract
- Paid training

**Relocation Package (if applicable):**

- Support with NIF and NISS
- Assistance in finding accommodation
- Relocation bonus: €2,500 gross (paid with first payroll)
- €1,500 gross for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km+ from Lisbon)

**Documents Required:**

- EU ID or Residence Card
- Certificate of Protection (issued after March 2022)
