Enterprise Account Executive

What we are looking for
We are looking for a sales professional who enjoys ownership, builds trust with customers, and is motivated by turning interest into long term partnerships. You like working in early-stage companies, shaping how things are done, and taking responsibility for results in a growing SaaS company. Join Archlet as a Senior or Enterprise Account Executive and play an active role in shaping our culture and the future of our company. This is an opportunity to join early, take ownership, and help turn strong market interest into long term customer partnerships. We are looking for an outgoing self starter who is ambitious, curious, and truly enjoys sales.
Your mission
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies together with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams
- Understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Archlet addresses them, ensuring long term satisfaction
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification and demos to proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Contribute to building a workplace you genuinely enjoy being part of
**About You**
- More than 3 years of experience in SaaS sales
- More than 2 years of experience in Procurement SaaS sales
- Tech savvy and excited about new technologies with real business impact
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
- Confident in communication, persuasion, and negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
