## Aufgaben

Responsible for the bank's financial risks and for managing market, credit, liquidity and money market risks, as well as for investment policies in the Governance Risk and Compliance department / Responsible for the strategic and conceptual management of the department and for managing the team leaders / Responsible for risks that do not result directly from market price fluctuations in the investment area, such as operational, strategic and reputational risks, etc. / Ensuring smooth, effective and efficient business operations / Responsible for monitoring the bank's investment activities, financial risks and financial stability / Advising and giving presentations on investment and risk strategy issues to senior management, committees and the executive board / Cooperating with national and international authorities / Ad hoc projects.

## Qualifikation

Ph.D. in Economics or Econometrics / Professional experience with a focus on investment, risk and regulatory in an international bank, in auditing, at FINMA or ECB / Motivational leader with an interest in analytical and strategic/conceptual issues and change management / Ability to perform optimally under time pressure and remain focused on goals / Solution-oriented, pragmatic working style with responsibility and conscientiousness / Business fluent in dealing with senior management / IT flair / Proven communicator and networker with high integrity and loyalty / Interest in presentations and technical discussions / German and English.
