🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to
**align HR strategies with organizational goals**

- Provide guidance on
**employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning**

- Support the development and implementation of
**HR policies, programs, and initiatives**

- Collaborate with managers to
**address employee concerns and improve workplace culture**
.
- Assist with
**talent management, succession planning, and leadership development**
.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide
**insights to support strategic decision-making**
.
- Ensure compliance with
**labor laws, HR regulations, and company policies**
.
- Support organizational change initiatives and
**employee engagement programs**

- Work with HR teams to improve
**HR processes and employee experience**

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
**Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**
.
- 4–7+ years of experience in
**human resources, HR business partnering, or HR management roles**
.
- Strong knowledge of
**HR practices including employee relations, performance management, and talent development**
.
- Understanding of
**labor laws and HR compliance requirements**
.
- Excellent
**communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills**
.
- Strong
**analytical and problem-solving abilities**
.
- Ability to build strong relationships with
**leaders and cross-functional teams**
.
- HR certifications such as
**SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar**
are a plus.
