Stellenbeschreibung

- **Mission**

The intern will support daily production controls across Investment Operations (Middle Office Wealth & Asset Management, Securities Master File team), to ensure data and process integrity for Private Banking and Asset Management.

The intern will learn core processes, tools, and controls, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role involves monitoring dashboards, investigating exceptions, documenting outcomes, and contributing to control improvements under senior guidance.

- Team: Investment Operations Quality & Business Implementation
Stakeholders: Middle Office Asset & Wealth Management, Securities Master File team

- **Main responsibilities**
- Run daily 2nd level controls and sign offs across:
- Trade Processing, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, Securities Master File & Pricing
- Perform end-of-day sign-offs and maintain audit trails for manual fixes/overrides.
- Update procedures and checklists; contribute to small control/process improvements.
- Collaborate with Middle Office, SMF, Corporate Actions, Performance, and IT for issue resolution.
Investigate exceptions, document evidence and resolutions; maintain robust audit trails.
