For an international technology company, we are looking for an
**IS / IT Service Manager ? Print & Infrastructure Services**
to join the team in Baden in a
**hybrid working model**
with home office options.


The role focuses on managing printer services, coordinating external service providers, supporting IT infrastructure operations, and handling incidents and small projects in an international environment.


**Responsibilities:**

- Own and manage Printer Service Management, including collaboration with a new printer service provider
- Implement and stabilize operational processes for printing services
- Set up and maintain printer reporting and service monitoring
- Support the IS Infrastructure Team in service management activities and small-scale projects
- Coordinate, track, and manage incident and service tickets (e.g., via ServiceNow)
- Act as local coordinator for global IS infrastructure projects and initiatives
- Lead and execute small projects independently
- Operate and maintain a small virtual server environment
- Act as Manager on Duty during high-severity incidents
- Monitor SLAs and service KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and restructuring

**Your Profile:**

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IS Infrastructure Service Management
- Strong background in printer contract management and printer service provider management
- Experience working within an IS Infrastructure environment
- Solid knowledge of server and storage systems and operations
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ticketing tool
- Project management experience and structured working approach
- Education or certification in Project Management and/or IS Infrastructure
- ITIL certification or comparable service management qualification
- Strong communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
- Target-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related tools
- Fluent German, and English at B2 level
