The Role
- Support senior advisors in managing day-to-day interactions with Partner Banks and understanding their platform needs.
- Assist in gathering, analysing, and prioritising client requests across multiple functional domains.
- Contribute to translating business needs into clear requirements for IT and Operations teams.
- Help track change requests, roadmap items, and platform enhancements.
- Develop familiarity with proprietary private banking platform and its front-to-back architecture.
- Participate in workshops, testing activities, and internal coordination meetings.
What You'll Need
- University degree in business, IT, finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in banking, consulting, business analysis, or technology (internships included).
- Strong interest in private banking, digital platforms, and process optimisation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise complex topics.
- Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in French and English.
