**Working Hours**

- Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
- Weekends off

**Salary & Bonuses**

- 1,300€ gross/month (14 payments)
- Welcome Bonus: 3,000€ (German speakers)

- Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
- Payment depends on <6% unjustified absenteeism
- Not part of fixed monthly salary

- Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day

- From day 1 (employee contribution required)
- Free after 6 months

- Relocation support (if moving from abroad):

- Room in shared apartment up to 12 months
- 280€/month, utilities included (deducted from payslip)

**Role Overview**
Support
**Order-to-Cash (O2C)**
and
**Accounts Receivable**
processes in an international finance environment, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer support.

**Requirements**

- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar
- 6+ months experience in O2C / AR / Finance Ops (2–5 years a plus)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
- ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite is a plus)
- Fluent German & Advanced English (C1)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused
