As we expand, we are looking to bring on a motivated Operations Manager to join our talented team.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our activities. You’ll work closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of all operations, from logistics and inventory management to data analysis and client communication. While skills and experience are important, we believe a positive, adaptable mindset is just as essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operational Support: Assist in managing logistics, transportation, and inventory control for methanol shipments globally, ensuring on-time delivery and quality control.

- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including finance and trading departments, to ensure smooth communication and effective execution of contracts and transactions.

- Data Management: Monitor and update operational data, track orders, and generate reports for key stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving: Identify and address any operational challenges, including shipment delays, inventory issues, or process inefficiencies.

- Client Communication: Provide timely updates to clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any unforeseen issues.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with local and international regulations and internal policies. Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks.

**Key Qualifications:**

**Experience:**

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or trade support (experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus).

- Knowledge of supply chain management and international trade practices is advantageous.

**Skills:**

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, process, and interpret operational data.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365

- Excellent communication skills (English is a must, German is a plus), both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and proactively.

**Mindset:**

- Positive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

- Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.

- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and efficiency.

**What We Offer:**

- Fully remote, flexible work environment.

- Competitive compensation, aligned with industry standards.

- Opportunity to work with a young and dynamic team

**How to Apply:**

If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a positive mindset and a passion for operations, we would love to hear from you!
