We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize our network infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, improving network performance, and ensuring reliable connectivity across a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain network systems including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity
Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement improvements
Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely resolutions
Ensure network security, compliance, and redundancy best practices
Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams on network projects
Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and implementations
Support network-related aspects of IT projects and initiatives
✅ Requirements
Junior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)
Experience in network administration, network engineering, or related IT roles
Knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
General Requirements
Strong attention to detail and structured working style
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Fluent in English
Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work full-time
