## **Job description**

As Logistics Business Process Owner, you will be responsible for the design, standardization, continuous improvement, and governance of logistics processes, in close collaboration with internal SAP and IT stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities will be to:**

- Implement and maintain process governance to ensure the stability and scalability of the distribution center, delivery management solution, and export activities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications in close cooperation with various stakeholders such as brands/subsidiaries, carriers, project managers, SAP business analysts, operations teams and external partners.
- Test and validate IT solutions and define test scenarios to ensure the system readiness before UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Coordinate and execute UAT’s and support the business team when required.
- Manage go-lives of new requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the process. Oversee hypercare and a structured handover to operations with appropriate documentation and training.
- Support operations teams in solving problems, analyzing use cases and identifying improvements.
- Create and maintain user guides and training documents.

## **Profile**

- Demonstrated expertise in functional and technical aspects of SAP (R3, S4) SD/MM modules and eWM as key user.
- Expertise in logistics process design and improvements (distribution center and transportation).
- Experience of being the bridge between business profiles and SAP business analysts or solution architects.

## **Professional requirements**

- University degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of professional experience in the field of supply chain or WM systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with well-developed conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with a talent for documentation, process formalization, and the development of clear training materials.
- Collaborative team player with high social and emotional intelligence.
- Confident and assertive in managing complex stakeholder dynamics and addressing challenges with clarity and professionalism.
- Proactive in taking ownership of processes and accountable for their business impact.

## **Languages**

Now, in order to blend in, socially and professionally, we certainly recommend the following languages:

- Fluency French or English with good knowledge of the other language.
- German is a plus.
