**Key Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Prepare and process large datasets for training and evaluation.
- Build and maintain machine learning pipelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Evaluate model performance and optimize accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct experiments and research to improve machine learning solutions.
- Monitor deployed models and update them to maintain performance.
- Document model development processes, experiments, and technical findings.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
