Une **organisation de conseil internationale de premier plan** renforce ses équipes SAP Finance en Suisse et recherche un(e) **manager SAP Finance Consulting** pour accompagner des projets de transformation à forte valeur ajoutée autour de **SAP S/4HANA et SAP BTP**.

Vos responsabilités :

- Intervenir sur des **projets SAP Finance d’envergure** en Suisse et à l’international
- Accompagner les clients depuis la **phase de cadrage et conception** jusqu’à la **mise en production**
- Assumer des rôles de **sous-chef de projet** dans le cadre de nouvelles implémentations
- Concevoir, adapter et étendre des **solutions SAP standards**
- Développer et intégrer des **applications clients** avec les systèmes existants
- Participer à des initiatives de **transformation finance, controlling et supply chain**, intégrant des technologies avancées (IA, automatisation, etc.)

Profil recherché :

- Diplôme universitaire (Bachelor, Master, MBA ou équivalent) ou formation reconnue avec expérience significative
- Solide connaissance des **processus financiers et de controlling**
- Expérience confirmée en **conseil SAP Finance / Controlling 5 à 8 ans**
- Maîtrise d’au moins un module SAP : **FI, CO, TRM, Analytics, consolidation SAP**
- Expertise sur un ou plusieurs domaines suivants :
- Controlling / Product Costing
- Financial Supply Chain Management (TRM, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash)
- Financial Accounting / Material Ledger
- **SAP S/4HANA**
- Très bonnes compétences analytiques et de communication
- **Anglais requis**, **allemand ou français requis**
- Forte mobilité en Europe

A **leading international consulting organization** is expanding its SAP Finance practice in Switzerland and is looking for a **Manager SAP Finance Consulting** to support high-impact transformation programs focused on **SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP**.

Your role

- Contribute to **large-scale SAP Finance projects** in Switzerland and across Europe
- Support clients from **initial concept and design** through to **successful implementation**
- Take responsibility for **sub-project management** within new SAP implementations
- Design, extend, and optimize **SAP standard solutions**
- Develop customer-specific applications and ensure **seamless system integration**
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives in **finance, controlling, and supply chain**, leveraging advanced technologies

Your profile

- University degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA, PhD) or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong understanding of **finance and controlling business processes**
- Proven experience in **SAP Finance / Controlling consulting 5-8 years**
- In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module: **FI, CO, TRM, Analytics, SAP consolidation solutions**
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Controlling / Product Costing
- Financial Supply Chain Management (TRM, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash)
- Financial Accounting / Material Ledger integration
- **SAP S/4HANA**
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- **Fluent English required**, **German or French required**
- Willingness to travel within Europe
