**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager, based in Zurich, Switzerland, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include supervising teams, managing workflows and resources, evaluating operational processes, and contributing to the formulation of business strategies. The role also encompasses identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and effectively communicating with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills for streamlining processes, managing workflows, and ensuring efficiency
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including leading and motivating teams to achieve performance objectives
- Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage priorities both on-site and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in operations or team management is highly preferred
