For our Campus Culinary Arts Academy Le Bouveret, we are currently looking for a


Pastry Instructor


Reporting to the CAAS Dean, the successful candidate will join a dynamic team, committed to the delivery of high quality programs and will be required to teach to multi-cultural profiles.


Starting Date: October 1st 2026


**Key Requirements And Responsibilities**
Teach Pastry & Chocolate theory and practical classes to students according to our standards and complying with principles of food safety and sanitation


Explain subject concepts utilizing a variety of teaching methods and strategies.


Assess student performance through observation and interaction, along with written and practical assignments and submit grades.


**Experiences And Qualifications**
Degree in Pastry or Culinary Arts (Professional Certificate or equivalent)


At least 5 years’ experience in the industry, ideally in renowned establishment


Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in pastry arts


Culinary teaching experience within a hospitality school a strong asset


Creative team-player, able to work in a very international environment


Moderate to advanced computer literacy as it applies to delivery of applicable course content


Facilitation and Presentation Skills


Sens of Initiative, creativity, maturity, leadership skills


Fluent in English written and spoken, French is strong an asset
