- Prepare 3 ToRs for upcoming event, identify vendors, and review quotations/invoices for upcoming activities by 20 Feb 2025.
- Organise logistics for meetings, field activities, and trainings sessions (venue, hotels, transport) by 28 Feb 2025.
- Submit meeting notes, attendance lists, and at least two communication materials by 28 Feb 2025. March 2025 – Output Deliverables
- Provide logistical support for March trainings, including venue setup, registration, and DSA roster preparation, by 25 Mar 2025.
- Distribute and collect training evaluation forms and upload them by 31 Mar 2025.
- Conduct follow-up to ensure an 80% survey response rate, updating M&E tools by 31 Mar 2025.
- Prepare administrative documentation for April activities (ToRs, reservations, vendor identification) by 31 Mar 2025.
- Submit meeting notes, event summaries, and updated filing records by 31 Mar 2025. April 2025 – Output Deliverables
- Organise logistics for April missions (hotel bookings, transport, mission packages) by 15 Apr 2025.
- Support field visits for ITC staff/consultants and ensure delivery of all required materials by 30 Apr 2025.
- Upload all training evaluation forms and update M&E datasets by 25 Apr 2025.
- Review quotations and invoices and prepare procurement files for May activities by 30 Apr 2025.
- Maintain filing systems, respond to stakeholder queries within 3 working days, and submit documentation for all April activities by 30 Apr 2025.
