**Role Description**
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist for a full-time, home-office based role based. Your role:
- Conduct structured behavioural and personality assessments in M&A, governance, and negotiation contexts
– Produce forensically grounded evaluations of senior leaders and decision-makers using clinical methodology
– Analyse communication patterns, decision-making behaviour, and team dynamics within transaction and governance processes
– Author precise, client-ready reports for boards, investment committees, and law firms
– Collaborate closely with the clinical team (behavioural therapist, medical doctor) and firm leadership
– Contribute to methodology development, case frameworks, and internal quality standards
– Engage directly with clients in sensitive, highly confidential mandates
**Qualifications**
– Master’s degree in Psychology (university-level) — clinical, forensic, or organisational psychology preferred
– Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting
– Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment and structured personality evaluation
– Strong understanding of personality disorders, leadership behaviour, and group psychodynamics
– Ability to communicate complex psychological findings clearly and precisely in written form for non-clinical audiences
– Exceptional discretion, professional maturity, and sound judgement in sensitive mandate contexts
– Fluent English (C2 level) — both written and spoken
**Advantageous**
– Background in forensic psychology or neuropsychological assessment, or executive evaluation
– Familiarity with M&A, corporate governance, family business, or legal environments
– Experience working with UHNWI clients, entrepreneurial families, or board-level executives
– Professional-level German or other European languages
– Further training in systemic therapy, CBT, or psychodynamic approaches
