**Job Description**
- Coordinate and manage quality issues arising from all global markets.
- Analyze quality-related data and create dashboards to ensure transparent reporting of quality KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with international sourcing teams, production and quality teams, and R&D teams
- Take ownership of product-related quality topics throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Lead, coordinate, and follow up on CAPA activities (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Collect, analyze, and assess defective products from global markets.
- Support quality issue resolution related to new products and product launches.
- Conduct strategic groundwork to improve overall quality performance.
- Continuously develop and optimize quality processes and standards.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Consider and manage quality topics within a complex global logistics setup
**The Successful Applicant**
- Degree or equivalent qualification with a background in Quality Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in quality management, ideally within footwear, apparel, accessories, or physical consumer goods.
- Strong product and material knowledge within consumer goods.
- Proven experience with CAPA processes and quality data analysis.
- Business Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
