Our client is an international organization based in Geneva, operating in a multicultural and highly structured environment. To support its Talent Acquisition team during a peak period, the organization is looking for a
**Recruitment Assistant**
for a 6‑month temporary assignment, with an immediate start.
**Job Description**
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure the smooth coordination of selection processes. You will play a key role in maintaining procedural accuracy, documentation quality and candidate experience.
End-to-End Recruitment Support
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle in collaboration with the recruiters (posting vacancies, screening, interview coordination, follow-up).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including panel arrangements and logistics for virtual or onsite sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process and ensure a positive experience.
Documentation & Formal Correspondence
- Draft and format official correspondence, interview invitations, notifications and recruitment-related communications.
- Prepare and organize selection documentation: evaluation grids, assessment summaries, panel reports, ranking notes.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with institutional procedures and audit standards.
Coordination & Administrative Support
- Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of recruitment files for review committees and selection boards.
- Monitor recruitment timelines and follow up on outstanding items.
Quality, Compliance & Autonomy
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy across all processes.
- Apply internal recruitment policies, rules and procedural guidelines rigorously.
- Work autonomously with minimal onboarding time and adapt quickly to the team's workflow.
**The Successful Applicant**
- Previous experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to draft formal and procedural documentation with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfortable operating in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills and professional maturity.
- Experience within an international public organization (such as intergovernmental institutions, multilateral agencies, or public-sector international bodies) is a strong asset.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken). French is an advantage.
- Availability to start quickly.
