for an established long-term care institution. This leadership role offers the opportunity to lead, shape, and further develop a residential care unit while taking responsibility for both operational and personnel management.

**Your Role**
As the Residential Unit Nursing Manager, you will oversee the professional and personnel management of a residential unit with
**33 residents**
. You will ensure high standards of care delivery, manage staff coordination, and contribute to the ongoing development of care quality and operational processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Leadership & Department Management**
• Lead the residential care unit and manage nursing staff professionally and operationally
• Plan staff deployment and conduct regular employee performance reviews
• Maintain responsibility for electronic nursing documentation
**Quality & Care Development**
• Ensure and continuously improve the quality of nursing care
• Implement and support modern care practices and processes
**Collaboration & Communication**
• Work closely with education teams and interdisciplinary departments
• Maintain trustful and transparent communication with residents’ relatives
**Your Profile**
• Nursing Diploma (HF/FH)
• Leadership experience in a similar healthcare or long-term care environment
• Experience with RAI systems; CareCoach certification is an advantage
• Structured, appreciative, and supportive leadership style
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of social competence
• Motivation to take responsibility and lead a care team
