**Your Role**

As a CNC Setter, you will set up and manage Robodrill machines, ensure precise production processes, and support quality control in a 2x8 shift schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Machine Setup & Operation**

• Set up Robodrill machines for production

• Retrieve programs and select appropriate tools

• Perform CNC setup according to specifications

**Quality Control**

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections

• Monitor production launch and ongoing process performance

**Collaboration & Reporting**

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production

• Follow technical documentation and blueprints accurately

**Your Profile**

• Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in mechanics or equivalent

• Proven experience in CNC setting, preferably in watchmaking

• Excellent knowledge of watch component manufacturing

• Proficiency in operating Robodrill machines

• Ability to read blueprints and use standard inspection tools

• Rigorous, meticulous, and detail-oriented

• Available for
**2x8 shift work**
