Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team in Bern. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, proven experience in client management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

- Develop account strategies to drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction.

- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, marketing, and operations) to deliver integrated solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support business development initiatives.

- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients and senior management.

- Ensure contracts, budgets, and financial aspects of accounts are managed effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.

- Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful projects.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

- Experience in digital marketing, branding, or communications is highly desirable.

- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
