We offer you the opportunity to continue your career as a Transaction Services Analyst in Financial Advisory by agreement for a permanent position.



**Your tasks**



As an
**Analyst**
you will have the following key tasks:




- Contribute to multiple Transaction Advisory projects (Financial Due Diligence) across Switzerland and Europe.

- Apply advanced financial analysis skills to evaluate commercial aspects, key transaction drivers, and valuation considerations.

- Provide expert support to team members, sharing knowledge and experience as needed.

- Benefit from a range of structured and informal training programs and workshops.

- Actively support the growth and development of Forvis Mazars by engaging in internal networking initiatives and participating in external marketing events.




**Your Profile**




- You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) across a variety of sectors at a Big 4 audit firm or a competing firm and ideally completed an internship in audit (Big 4 or competing firm).

- You are a graduate with a bachelor or master degree focusing on finance/accounting from a leading University or equivalent.

- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English (German is mandatory for this role). Additional language (French) is an asset.
