**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior E-Commerce Manager** to lead our e-commerce operations and drive strategic growth across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, leadership skills, and creative vision to optimize performance, expand market presence, and ensure operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy across multiple channels (own platforms, marketplaces, and third-party partners).
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team covering marketing, operations, logistics, and customer experience.
- Oversee P&L responsibility for e-commerce activities, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Optimize online sales funnels, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies.
- Collaborate with product, branding, and technology teams to enhance digital experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with international e-commerce regulations and best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling online businesses and managing multi-channel strategies.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with global e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
