We are now looking for an experienced **Senior Game Producer** to help lead our next generation of games.
**Role Overview**
As a Senior Game Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of game development—from concept to launch and beyond. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the highest quality standards while aligning projects with business and creative goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage game development projects from pre-production to post-launch
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design, engineering, art, and QA
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure milestones are met while maintaining quality and creative vision
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product direction and priorities
- Drive agile workflows and continuous improvement processes
- Monitor market trends and player feedback to inform development decisions
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Game Producer or Senior Producer in the gaming industry
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production methodologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for gaming and deep understanding of player engagement
