**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lugano for a Senior Group Product Manager in the Sports Medicine division at Medacta International. The role involves leading product strategy, overseeing product management initiatives, and driving the development of innovative solutions for the Sports Medicine market. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for product enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Additionally, the role requires team leadership to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and execution of plans.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Product Strategy and Product Management
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making
- Team Leadership abilities with proven experience in guiding and motivating cross-functional teams
- Experience in Product Development and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the Sports Medicine or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
