Stellenbeschreibung

Camp de Base is recruiting a Senior Relationship Manager for an international wealth management group with several decades of private banking expertise

Camp de Base is an executive search firm dedicated to senior leaders. We support companies in France, Switzerland and the Benelux region through a rigorous, confidential approach

**Job Description**
Contract & location: Permanent (CDI equivalent) – Executive / Senior Professional grade

Switzerland (client travel depending on coverage)

No people management (senior individual contributor role)

The organisation

The firm is committed to confidentiality, regulatory excellence and long-term value creation, under FINMA supervision

Role purpose

As a Relationship Manager, you are the primary point of contact for a Swiss-based private client base. You build long-standing relationships grounded in trust and discretion, and you coordinate tailored wealth solutions through a multidisciplinary, open-architecture approach aimed at selecting best-in-class providers and outcomes

Must-haves

Demonstrated track record in client relationship management, ideally in private banking / wealth management / investment

Ownership of a client book to onboard and expand.

No client portfolios with any Russian nexus (strict compliance requirement).

Key responsibilities

Lead client meetings and ensure ongoing, high-touch relationship coverage.

Assess client situations and objectives (risk profile, time horizon, constraints) and orchestrate suitable wealth strategies with internal specialists and trusted partners.

Support and drive client onboarding: KYC/AML documentation, record maintenance, and audit-ready traceability.

Monitor market and regulatory developments and provide relevant insights within the agreed advisory framework.

Identify and execute business development opportunities across Switzerland to expand the client network.

Ensure full adherence to FINMA requirements and internal compliance/confidentiality standards.

Coordinate internal experts to deliver holistic coverage across the full wealth management spectrum.

Client solutions (illustrative scope)

Asset audit & asset consolidation (multi-bank overview)

Wealth planning

Tax management & insurance solutions via trusted partners

Distribution of dedicated investment solutions

Fund / product structuring through third-party partners

Investment advisory & portfolio management

Operating model

An independent platform designed to mitigate single-custodian risk, reduce complexity of multiple banking relationships, protect confidentiality, and deliver a consolidated view of the client's financial position—while enabling execution and benchmarking versus custodian bank offerings

**Profile / Requirements**
Education: open (experience and interpersonal strength are valued equally)

Strong English communication skills; French, German, Spanish or other languages are a plus

Proactive, client-centric, highly discreet, and confident operating in a tightly regulated environment

Strong interest in financial markets; ability to mobilise experts in a non-hierarchical setting

Onboarding plan tailored to the candidate's background and the banking/custody model they come from

**Benefits**
Attractive compensation package based on a sharing of the revenues generated by the RM's portfolio
