**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Lucerne. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, uphold retail standards, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, preparing sales reports, enforcing store policies, and maintaining a safe and welcoming shopping environment. The Store Manager will also handle any operational challenges that arise while striving to optimize profitability and efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Store Management, including inventory management, team leadership, and driving retail performance
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with retail software systems and point-of-sale systems is a plus
