**Role:**
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist who drives strategic partnerships, media contacts, and scalable growth at the highest level.
You will build high-quality relationships with tech media, startup platforms, and key players across DACH and Europe.

**Compensation:**

- Pure performance compensation: High commission on generated revenue and partnerships
- Additional: Significant equity participation upon proven excellence
- No base salary. Results only.

**Requirements:**

- Proven track record in Business Development and partnership acquisition
- Fluent German and English (French/Italian a strong plus)
- Strong ability to clearly present complex AI solutions
- High sense of ownership and responsibility
