**Job Description**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Develop and post job advertisements to attract talented candidates.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the talent market.
**The Successful Applicant**
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, within an organisation or a recruitment agency.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Fluency in German and English. French is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with recruitment of technical and engineering profiles is a plus.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment tasks.
