**Team Leader Automation**
to spearhead our engineering department. You won’t just be managing schedules; you will be the architectural bridge between complex PLC programming, robotics, and high-level digital transformation .

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Leadership:**

Manage the full automation lifecycle—from initial concept and hardware design to software development (PLC/HMI/SCADA) and commissioning.

- **Stakeholder Management:**
Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and prestigious Swiss and international clients.
- **Quality & Compliance:**
Ensure all systems meet strict safety standards (e.g., ISO, GAMP 5) and Swiss regulatory requirements.
**What You Bring to the Table**
- **Education:**
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
Minimum 5+ years in industrial automation, with at least 2 years in a (project) leadership or supervisory role.
- **Tech Stack:**
Deep expertise in platforms such as
**Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff (TwinCAT), or Rockwell.**
Knowledge of EPLAN P8 is a plus.
