**Team Leader IT Fund-Portfolio Monitoring**

## Aufgaben

Responsible for IT and data-driven monitoring of all types of fund portfolios / Manage end-to-end data extraction processes for fund controlling and reporting teams and ensure that data is made available to external stakeholders in a timely manner and in accordance with best practices / Ensuring transparent convergence of different data types from a variety of databases and guaranteeing that contractual agreements, deadlines, data deliveries, etc. are correctly adhered to / Ensuring high data quality for the key figures of companies included in the portfolios of private market funds / Responsible for the smooth transfer of large amounts of data to internal and external stakeholders at all times / Responsible for ongoing change management and/or continuous automation or optimization of processes, including ongoing adjustment of various time intervals / Ongoing communication with stakeholders / Participation in strategic change initiatives in the asset management division / Ad hoc project

## Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Quantitative Finance, or Industrial Engineering / CISA, CAIA, or CFA certification is an advantage / Professional experience in the fund industry with all types of funds, e.g., in data analysis of business processes, portfolio monitoring, analytics, etc., or in advising fund companies / Knowledge of investment metrics and KPIs at the fund and portfolio level / Knowledge of data models for private equity markets / Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks / Experience with implementations, process optimizations, and change management / Proactive personality with analytical thinking and high attention to detail / Experience in leading teams and specialists / Ability to remain focused under deadline pressure / Strong interest in IT and knowledge of private equity systems / Strong interest in exchange and communication / German and English.
