**What You’ll Own**
- Drive end-to-end translational strategy across oncology programs—from early target validation to registration
- Lead precision medicine approaches, including biomarker strategy and patient segmentation
- Deliver proof of mechanism and sharpen product differentiation in competitive landscapes
- Shape and execute companion diagnostics strategies
- Push innovation boundaries in diagnostics and translational science
- Act as a key scientific driver, influencing cross-functional stakeholders globally
**What Sets You Apart**
- MD and/or PhD in a relevant life sciences field
- Strong track record in oncology, translational science, or drug development
- Ability to operate across the full R&D lifecycle
- Deep expertise in precision medicine, biomarkers, and diagnostics
